Setup in January 2016, Exella Recruitment Specialists have taken the mortgage and property market by storm - we headhunt in a market that nobody else actively does. Exella are headed up by Alexander Holland (Managing Director) and Ella Peabody (Accounts and Administration Manager). They came together and compared notes from their previous companies, picking out the strengths and weaknesses from them - This led them to create a faultless business plan and an immaculate recruitment strategy, previously unseen elsewhere.
Exella deal with property jobs, any job that involves a property being sold - these particular roles are usually estate agency based jobs, the likes of Branch Managers, Lettings Negotiators, Sales Managers, to name a few.
Our biggest specialism however is mortgage jobs, this is where it all began. We work with Mortgage Advisors / Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage Underwriters, Mortgage Processors, Mortgage Administrators, Protection Advisors, even international mortgage jobs with our clients in USA and Australia.
Specialising solely in property and mortgage jobs allows us to have a great understanding of the terminology, qualifications and experience required. How much of a nightmare is this - you work full time, but you need a new job and the best way of getting a job is through a recrutiment agency. They make you take some time off work so you can then go in to "register". They then give you all these promises and absolutely nothing comes back, other than a few spam-like emails for irrelevant jobs. As we are targetting experienced mortgage candidates, we can judge enough about a person over the phone and from a CV or LinkedIn profile, there is no need to come in to register with us. If you would like to come to our office for a visit and a chat then we welcome you, but this is not a necessity. If we feel that you are not a great fit for the clients on our books then we will be honest with you and can approach a new potential client on your behalf, or simply point you in the direction of somewhere more suitable to your needs.
Exella Recruitment Specialists will approach anybody on your behalf, we can 'spec' you out to various companies or simply put you forward for one of our active jobs. One thing I will say is - anything that we tell you we are going to do, we do.
As Exella Recruitment Specialists do not operate like a high street branch, our diaries are not packed with meetings, this gives us more time to find you the ideal candidate. We won't visit you unless you request us to.
At Exella RS we like to fill the most difficult of roles, whether that is an executive mortgage job or mortgage advisor jobs in a quiet area, we can fill any. We do this by using a variety of headhunting techniques. When jobs are put in front of us we do not stop until the ideal candidate is found. It really is a case of 'try before you buy' with us. We never charge an upfront fee, we will headhunt for free and would only take an incredibly competitive fee if the candidate ends up being placed at the company. Obviously, by this stage, we would have found you somebody that will benefit your business going forward. Our mortgage candidates are usually unseen through any other agency as we target 'passively looking' candidates. The same goes for the property and construction sector.
